My experience with the Australian support aspect was that you quickly ended up with the Gallic support team. It was a few years ago.... I found BO under-bonnet tweaking was not straightfoward. They are quick to respond on the simple things, but something like this will most likely have to be fleshed out and solved by you, and I can help along the way.
